Enthusiasm is one of the best ways to start this plan! It is your mental vitamin!! Now before I lose you I want to say this. Enthusiasm is a choice. It is not forced. It is simply choosing to feel enthusiastic about something even when the world may not be going as you like. Because enthusiasm is contagious you will find it spilling over into other “not-so-great” moments in your day. Build off of this belief because it will serve you!

If someone was to ask me to tell a story about what the bottom line of my book The Truth Bubbles Up stands for I would tell them - this is it! This story is sad but a true meaning of life comes out in this story. It is also a story that you will not soon forget. That is the power of storytelling.

Fear is a liar. I say that to myself and those fearful stories I told myself this morning. I say this to anyone who is afraid. We all have demons to fight. I do and so do you. It may take me a few minutes to get to victor but I dang sure know how to find it!
