Human Patterns Under Pressure LIVE
Learn to see what pressure reveals. Live with Kathie
Every other Friday at 3:00 PM (Central), we meet live on Zoom to explore real-life examples of pressure, leadership, communication, relationships, and nervous system regulation.
This isn't a lecture.
It isn't therapy.
And it isn't about telling you what to do.
It's a live conversation where we practice something most people never learn:
How to observe human patterns without judgment.
Together, we'll look at examples from everyday life—workplaces, families, sports, current events, leadership, and even our own experiences—to better understand what happens when pressure enters a system.
The goal isn't to find the "right" answer.
The goal is to become a better observer.
Because once you can recognize a pattern, you have more choice in how you respond.
You don't need to have the answers. Just bring your curiosity.
Between now and our session, simply notice one moment where pressure changed someone's behavior.
It could be something you observed:
👀 At work
👀 In a relationship
👀 During a sporting event
👀 On social media
👀 In a family conversation
👀 Or even in yourself
Bring that observation with you.
We'll explore it together.

Why This Work Matters
Many leadership problems, workplace tensions, emotional struggles, and organizational breakdowns are not purely strategic problems.
They are human pattern problems.
Pressure amplifies what already exists beneath the surface:
burnout, emotional reactivity, communication breakdowns, identity attachment, hidden tension, people pleasing, avoidance, urgency, fear, performance patterns, and unconscious group dynamics.
Learning to recognize these patterns changes how we lead, communicate, regulate, recover, grow, and navigate uncertainty — both personally and professionally.
Discover why the word "should" creates unnecessary pressure, shame, and emotional dysregulation. Learn how preferences, attachment, radical responsibility, and courage shape resilient leadership and healthier relationships through the Human Patterns Under Pressure framework.
