Mastering Reality Transurfing: Transform Your Life with the Power of Attitude

Quote for today:

The circumstances of a person’s life are not only created by their actions but also by the nature of their thoughts.

If a person has a hostile attitude towards the world, they will find the world responds to them with the same.

If a person constantly expresses dissatisfaction, they will find more and more reasons to be dissatisfied.

If a person’s attitude to life is predominantly negative, the world will show them the worst side of its nature.

Conversely, having a positive attitude is the most natural way to change your life for the better.

People get what they choose. Like it or not, that is how life works. -Vadim Zeland, Reality Transurfing I-V

Introduction

In the realm of Reality Transurfing, there lies a profound truth that governs the fabric of our existence - the power of attitude. As Vadim Zeland eloquently puts it in his book, our thoughts and attitudes play a pivotal role in shaping the circumstances of our lives. So, buckle up and get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation as we delve into the practical wisdom behind this timeless quote.

Understanding the Power of Attitude

At its core, Reality Transurfing emphasizes the importance of understanding the interconnectedness between our thoughts, attitudes, and external realities. Let's break down the essence of Zeland's words into actionable insights:

  1. The Law of Correspondence: Just as a mirror reflects our image, the world mirrors back to us the energy we emit. If our thoughts are laden with hostility and negativity, we inadvertently attract similar energies from the world around us.

  2. The Ripple Effect of Dissatisfaction: Ever noticed how dwelling on dissatisfaction seems to invite more reasons to feel dissatisfied? This phenomenon isn't mere coincidence; it's the manifestation of the Law of Attraction at work. The more we focus on what we lack, the more lack we perceive in our lives.

  3. Negativity Bias: Our brains are wired to pay more attention to negative stimuli. Therefore, when our attitude towards life is predominantly negative, our perception becomes skewed, and we start noticing only the gloomy aspects of our reality.

  4. The Power of Choice: Amidst the chaos of life, there exists a beacon of hope - the power of choice. We have the agency to choose our attitudes regardless of external circumstances. By consciously adopting a positive outlook, we can steer our lives towards a brighter path.

Practical Strategies for Cultivating a Positive Attitude

Now that we've grasped the significance of attitude in shaping our reality, let's explore some practical strategies to harness its power:

  1. Practice Gratitude Daily: Gratitude acts as a potent antidote to negativity. Start each day by acknowledging the blessings in your life, no matter how small they may seem. Keep a gratitude journal to cultivate a habit of appreciation.

  2. Challenge Negative Thoughts: Become an observer of your own mind. Whenever negative thoughts arise, question their validity and replace them with more empowering perspectives. Remember, thoughts are merely mental constructs; you have the power to change them.

  3. Surround Yourself with Positivity: Your environment plays a crucial role in shaping your attitude. Surround yourself with uplifting influences - whether it's inspirational books, supportive friends, or engaging in activities that bring you joy.

  4. Practice Mindfulness Meditation: Cultivate mindfulness through meditation to anchor yourself in the present moment. By quieting the incessant chatter of the mind, you can gain clarity and cultivate a more positive outlook on life.

  5. Affirmations and Visualization: Harness the power of affirmations and visualization to reprogram your subconscious mind. Create affirmations that reflect the reality you wish to manifest and visualize yourself living that reality with vivid detail.

Embracing the Journey

As you embark on this journey of mastering Reality Transurfing through the power of attitude, remember that transformation is a gradual process. Be patient with yourself and celebrate each small victory along the way. By aligning your thoughts and attitudes with the reality you desire, you'll unlock the infinite possibilities that lie dormant within you.

Let's see how to cultivate a positive attitude, because that will help you find success, help you feel better in your life. Even when things may be   📍 falling apart. All around you.

Picture this you're looking in the mirror with a   📍 sour face, a sour attitude,  and then a few seconds later, go to the mirror and look at yourself with a   📍 positive attitude with the positive  facial expression.

I talk about the   📍 ripple effect a lot,  because I am a firm believer and what you put out there   📍 ripples into the world,  and you may not even know it.

We are prone to.   📍 Think more negative than  we are positive. Why? Because our   📍 brains are wired that way.  We want to be safe your brain is going to alert you when something negative is going on.

Welcome to my YouTube channel. My name is Kathie Owen. Let's talk about a   📍 Reality Transurfing quote that I'm going to pull from the book right here.   📍 📍 📍

The circumstances of a person's life are not only created by their actions, but also by the nature of their thoughts.   📍 📍 📍 If a person has a hostile attitude towards the world, They will find that the world responds to them with the same. If a person constantly expresses dissatisfaction.   📍 📍 📍 They will find more and more reasons to be dissatisfied. If a person's attitude to life is predominantly negative.   📍 📍 📍 The world will show them the worst side of its nature. Conversely having a positive attitude is the most natural way to change your life for the better.

I'm going to repeat that because it's important. Having a positive attitude is the most natural way to change your life for   📍 the better.

People get what they choose like it or not.  That is how life works.   📍 Vadim Zeland, Reality Transurfing.

You may have heard me say this before attitude. Is everything. And today we're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about Reality Transurfing yes, I am back.

So I love to open up the   📍 book Reality Transurfing, just randomly open it up and it comes up  with so many profound insights that it's like, oh, okay.

I never thought of it like that. Even though I may have read it before or done it in another way. And we're going to talk about that today. We're gonna talk about shifting. Your attitude, how you can do that to make your life just feel like it's the way it's supposed to be.

If you like today's   📍 📍 video, be sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel and hit that   📍 little bell.

So you never miss a video from me.

So Vadim tells us that there is a profound truth in life, and that is your attitude. Is everything. Like it or not. So our attitude, our thoughts, our beliefs, our behaviors, all affect what's happening around you.

It is a simple truth. And I'm going to give you some examples of universal law that explains that.

📍 Number one, the law of correspondence.  You hear in Reality Transurfing the mirror principle? Well, the mirror principle is just what this whole quote is talking about. It's what you believe, what you put out there is what you're going to get back. What you're looking at in the mirror. Is the beliefs and the thoughts that you have.

So. Picture this you're looking in the mirror with a sour face, a sour attitude, and then a few seconds later, go to the mirror and look at yourself with a positive attitude with the positive facial expression. And that is what you're going to give back because that's how the brain works. At these smile. You just feel better.

It sends signals to your brain. Research has shown it. That when you smile, you send signals to your body, that everything is okay. It helps. That is the attitude adjustment shift yet you want to take. In the mirror principle in the law of correspondence.

📍 Then we have the ripple effect of dissatisfaction.   I talk about the ripple effect a lot, because I am a firm believer and what you put out there ripples into the world, and you may not even know it. For example, I'm a big proponent of storytelling in. Just different places and it never ceases to amaze me when people come back and they're like, oh, I remember this story you told me. And I'm like, okay, they get some parts of this story.

Right. And some parts of it they don't get. Right. But what happens when you tell a story is it causes a ripple effect that person's brain means they go into. Their own ideas of what's going on inside that story. Therefore they're getting their emotions involved, they're feelings involved, but what comes back is a different story because of that interpretation.

However, almost all the time, the stories bottom line that I was trying to get to gets across because of the way storytelling works because of that ripple effect. And that is a profound difference as opposed to. Just telling a story, just putting it up. That is where the ripple effect takes place in there.

📍 And then we have the negativity bias.  We are prone to. Think more negative than we are positive. Why? Because our brains are wired that way. We want to be safe your brain is going to alert you when something negative is going on. And so we're biased towards negativity. It takes effort to have a positive attitude. Especially in a trying time, that's just the nature of our being human and all that good stuff. But. You get what you choose like Vadim says in this quote, when we get what we choose. Um, positive or negative. It takes effort to think that way.

For example, let's say it's been raining for a week where you live and it's been dark and dreary and sad and depressing. You have to work to think positive in those times you have to work because your brain is just soaking in all of this dreary stuff. That's your negativity bias taking place.

📍 And then number four, the power of choice.  Amidst the chaos of life. We have the choice of hope to think hopeful thoughts in the chaos. This is the power of choice.

I think back to my custody battle. You hear me talk about this all the time. I was in a custody battle that lasted 14 years with a very mentally ill man. But this person is still like 25 years later, still suffering from his mental illness. And it's having a ripple effect like we just talked about, but it's having a ripple effect on his life.

What happened with me? I chose the power of hope, the power of a positive thought processes. And I took what they call the higher road by doing that. It shifted my perspective of everything. I just let go of all my attachments. I dropped importance. All the things that we talk about in Reality Transurfing and it affected everything.

My ripple effect became a positive one. That's now coming back to me, you know, how a ripple will go out. And then also when it's real close in, it's just very profound and very many ripples take place. And so my ripple effect is a positive one, but his was not so positive and it's taking its effect on him.

But that. That is what it is. I mean, I don't wish that on him and actually I pray Ho'oponopono over him and hope for the best. If that makes sense.

So I have bonus downloads on Reality Transurfing on dealing with pendulums. You are welcome to and download that. I have a link to that in the show notes and description below. And let's get back into the video.

So the first four things that are actionable steps that are from this quote in the book, Reality Transurfing are the law of correspondence. The ripple effect of dissatisfaction. The negativity bias. And the power of choice.

So let's talk about some practical strategies that can help you cultivate. A positive attitude.

Number one. You're going to know what's coming.   📍 An attitude of gratitude, shifts, everything.  For example, like when I was talking about the rainy rainy days and you're just tired of the rain. You could take an attitude of gratitude with that rain and look at things like, look at different things you could be grateful for.

Maybe it's the birds chirping. Or maybe it's just the simple raindrop ripple effect that we were talking about. You can always find something to be grateful for in any situation, gratitude practice is very helpful.

📍 Number two challenge those negative thoughts.  Just challenge them. Just see why there are even there. Ask them. Why do I have to complain about this certain situation? Challenge that and break it down. And become aware of your unconscious beliefs about that. So if you are   📍 stuck in traffic, for example,  And you're really getting angry and mad and talking about. Y you're going to be there.

Challenge those thoughts. Why don't you think of it in a different way? Why don't you find something to listen to that you can take advantage of? That you're going to be. It's just stuck in traffic. You have to pay attention to the road, but you can listen to a podcast. You could listen to a book. You could listen to my podcast. Those kinds of things can help you overcome the dissatisfaction of being stuck in traffic. And you will challenge those negative thoughts.

Number three,   📍 surround yourself with positivity.  Your environment plays a crucial role in your attitude. That's just a given. So if you're going to surround yourself with. Positive things like I just talked about in that example, when you're stuck in traffic, you surround yourself with a positive podcast learning experience. You could even surround yourself with positive friends and a good environment with that, or go to an environment where you feel a positive influence on yourself. Another thing.

I like to think when it comes to environment and surrounding myself with positivity is   📍 establishing a hobby,  find something you enjoy doing. That's going to bring you relaxation and also enhance that positive attitude. And shift your perspective in the moment.

📍 Practice mindfulness meditation,  cultivate a habit of becoming mindful and quieting the inner chatter. We talk to ourselves more than we talk to anybody else.

And. I like the quieting of the mind and understanding oh. And questioning those thoughts and also just letting go, letting go of attachments when you're practicing your mindfulness meditation. It helps tremendously.

📍 Affirmations and visualization.   I like the word auto suggestion instead of affirmations, just because I'm suggesting to myself to have a positive attitude. I'm suggesting to myself to let go of expectations of what I think or how I think things are supposed to be. Your subconscious mind takes everything.

Literally. It takes it for what you say. If you say I'm having a bad day, that's what you're going to get. That is the bottom line of this quote, in fact, so let's shift those auto suggestions, those affirmations, yeah. Things may be bad, but switch it to say every day more and more so good things are happening to me every day, more and more.

So I am seeing things in a positive light as opposed to being negative and having that negative attitude. And visualization, you know, um, Neville Goddard teaches us in   📍 The Feeling is The Secret.  To visualize yourself winning the race. Public speaking. Doing successfully. And practice, practice your visualization. Practice the skills that help you accomplish whatever you're trying to accomplish, especially to accomplish a positive attitude.

So the four things that we could cultivate to help us on this journey of cultivating a positive attitude are practicing gratitude. Challenge those negative thoughts. Surround yourself with positivity. Practice mindfulness meditation. And auto suggestions and visualization. So those are the five things that we can focus on to help us. Cultivate a positive attitude. You know, I often say this on my channel. It's not just a destination of a positive attitude. It's a journey, the journey and the destination are one because we're always evolving.

So in the grand tapestry of life. Your attitude is the paintbrush. We're on a journey to cultivate that positive attitude. It's not just a destination, the journey and the destinationare one.

All right. That's the episode for today. I trust that you found it helpful. If you know somebody who could benefit from this, please share it with them.

And until next time I will see you next time. Peace out and Namaste. Bing.

  📍 📍

📍  Cut. That cut. That got that. Why did I go there? I don't know. My brain is just on overdrive. It's just going with the flow. It happens. In real life.
