What Vadim means by this is when you complain, or seriously dislike something, it actually sends you to a life that is worse than what you are complaining about.
This happens so easily because we are programmed to complain about uncomfortable situations.
When you focus on the negatives it tends to make things worse than before because what you focus upon grows.
The best way to overcome this is to focus on what you do want. Picture a positive slide and ignore the pendulum by either adding humor or by ignoring it altogether.

So, it is no coincidence that this challenge is the very first week of my Transform in Magic Fashion Academy. I, of course, take it to the next level!
In my opinion, the Anomalous Challenge is much like Artist Dates from the Book The Artist Way by Julia Cameron. The Artist Date is a once-weekly, festive, solo expedition to explore something that interests you. The Artist Date need not be overtly “artistic”– think mischief more than mastery. Artist Dates fire up the imagination. They spark whimsy.
The Anomalous Challenge and The Artist Dates are just ways to get you out of your comfort zone. It actually reprograms your brain - in magic fashion. But you knew I was going to say this.
