I was listening to a podcast the other day and a well-known entrepreneur gave up social media for one year. He is still in the middle of it.
He said he does not miss it. What he did notice was there was a low level of anxiety coming from all the time spent on social media.
A light bulb went off over my head! He’s right. I decided right then and there that my social media time would be limited. I can only take so much! Especially in this time with the pandemic, politics, and bullshit going on.
