Boundaries Actually Keep You Safe

Boundaries are what keep you safe. You don't even have to worry if someone else has compassion or if someone else is cruel. When you have established boundaries and values you know where trust comes from and that is not outside of yourself.

No vaccine will be doing this. Sorry, but it has to come from within and boundaries are how you do it!

Okay, so what if there was one of those? There would be no contrast. For example, if I had given my ex one of those vaccines, I would still be with him. 

Our values do not match up and no vaccine is going to fix that. And guess what?! That is OK!

Boundaries fix that! Boundaries are what keeps you safe, they keep cruelty and lack of compassion out of your life and the Stop the Mind Screw!

Reality Transurfing Bullies

Yesterday I was triggered. And today I am here to tell you there is a new inclusion to the revision step in Stop the Mind Screw and that is HEALING.


I am triggered by bullies. I have been bullied all of my life, even as a very young child. I recognize a bully a mile away and am easily triggered by bullying instances.

I will be doing a video on this process soon (May 20, 2021) but wanted to get this blog post out now! This is healing to me!

As you may or may not know I quit talking about Reality Transurfing because of the "leader" of the group and how she "bullied" (IMO) others out of talking about the book. You can read that post here.

When is the best time to revise your day? At night before bed go over your day and see where you were reactive or things did not go as you would have preferred. Then revise those situations as you fall asleep. Why? Because your brain waves are optimal for revision. First thing in the morning is great too. Ideally, you want to revise as you fall asleep so your subconscious mind is clear.

It all started back in 2008. I got a bullying email on my blackberry, yes, that is how long ago this was, from the step-mom. (watch until the end to see my blueberry blooper!)

This was nothing new. My ex and his wife bullied me all the time and they could get away with this because the courts did not monitor our emails back in the day.

They NEVER once co-parented with me and this was typical.

But on this day in February 2008, I had a nervous breakdown. I did not even know where I was, that was how bad this was.

Somehow one of my friends was able to help me and that night I had a realization. One that changed my life forever.

Is Positivity Toxic?

The word toxic positivity is an oxymoron. Or as we like to call it at Stop the Mind Screw a "toxi-moron!"

As a Positive Mindset Coach, it appears that I may teach rainbows and butterflies, but I beg to differ.

I have news for those who think that. I get mad! I get really angry!

BUT I do not get reactive nor is that what I teach.

I go within, feel the emotion, talk to my Inner Being and find a way to be proactive instead of reactive.

Proactivity can look like drawing a boundary with someone who has treated you ugly.

Or by being kind to yourself and taking a break from the situation.

So, positivity is not toxic. It can be forced, but that is stupidity and not positive at all!!

It is my hope that I change the mind of kids nowadays who call positivity toxic. Heck, I think there is a therapist who has a book titled Toxic Positivity.

We started with the end in mind. No, seriously we did. Natalie's Facebook Cover states, "Start with the end in mind"

That is exactly how I start my programs. Just like Neville Goddard teaches.

Get in the Zone Like This!

Today's video is all about getting in the zone or flow as Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi calls it in his book titled Flow.

Main takeaways:

A person in flow has a high interest in life, they are persistent and they have low self-centeredness.

I discuss my personal experience with Flow, stay tuned to the very end where I explain something that happened on this very video! ‍

There are 4 undesired outcomes or pitfalls from not being in flow:

  1. Distractions both internal and external
  2. Resistance
  3. Wanting of instant gratification
  4. Monkey mind
